Waco Bay Rentals is a fenced facility and all Tenants are issued their own keypad code for the automatic closing gate.  It stays open during the day for easy access but is closed most nights.  We hope this helps to provide a more secure environment for our Tenants.

We are located in Waco, (Robinson) Texas on IH-35 in probably the most primo area  you could want.  Access is incredibly easy with Interstate 35 having on and off ramps within a half mile.  The State Highway 6 interchange/Loop 340 to Hwy 77 and Hwy 84 are only 1 mile away as well as an I35 underpass.  This makes travel in any direction a snap.  We are halfway between Austin and the Dallas, Ft. Worth metroplex. Close cities like Hewitt, Robinson, Bellmead and Lorena also utilize our rentals.
