We have 20’x60′ and 40’x60′ stalls for Rent / Lease, with or without an optional 10’x16′ office.  Walmart is conveniently located right down the service road with fuel pumps if needed.

Our facility has an amazing location here in one of the hottest developing areas of Waco, (Robinson) Texas right on IH-35. We are in probably the most primo areas you could want for easy logistics.  Access is incredibly easy with Interstate 35 having on and off ramps within a half mile.  Texas State Highway 6 interchange/Loop 340 to Hwy 77 and Hwy 84 are only 1 mile away as well as an I-35 underpass.  Travel in any direction is a snap.  We are halfway between Austin and the Dallas, Ft. If you need to rent a space, stall, bay, shop, warehouse, flex space, storage unit, product distribution unit or whatever, we can help.  All of our units have 12′ tall overhead doors.  Some are 12′ wide and others are 16′ wide.  We try to be versatile by offering some units with restrooms and wash sinks while others are designed more for just large storage.  Most also have a 3′ wide walk through entrance door.  All are insulated with protective steel R-panels on the walls.  Skylights are standard for maximum light distribution during the day and economical metal halide light fixtures for the evenings.  Optional slide in 10’x16′ air conditioned offices with a additional restroom is available upon request.

Waco Bay Rentals is a fenced facility and all Tenants are issued their own keypad code for the automatic closing gate.  We hope this helps to provide a more secure environment for our Tenants.
